  1. Uploading Files... The 'U' Command
  2.  
  3.     You may upload files to the file area of the bbs and place them
  4.     in the directory to which they pertain.
  5.  
  6.     If you don't understand Directories, please read the help command
  7.     for the Download Command.
  8.  
  9.     First, you may wish to do a 'W' command to ascertain the names
  10.     of the directories available. Let's say you have done this and
  11.     decided to upload the file EXAMS.SKD to the ARRL directory. You
  12.     type U ARRL/EXAMS.SKD. The system will respond with a prompt
  13.     message. You then send the file. Be sure to end it with a
  14.     control Z or /EX, just as you would a message. The file will
  15.     be placed in the ARRL directory(in this case) and is available
  16.     for download by others. BINARY FILES WILL NOT WORK! Files must
  17.     be plain text, although this may change in the future.
